Incentives in Bohinj
Pac Sports is aware of the importance of the motivation and good atmosphere in the working environment. We offer variety of programmes, for the company teams and co – workers. With specialised INCENTIVE PROGRAMMES we stimulate cohesion among co-workers and adequate competition, through which we improve the motivation of the working teams.
We might organize any of the listed programs or we can organize a special, individual program - regarding your wishes. You can choose among different activities:

1. BOHINJ TREASURE HUNT
Bohinj treasure hunt is the most popular by the companies.
Bohinj treasure hunt incentive consist of different problems or obstacles, that the teams have to conquer with conjointly effort. It is important, that all the participants of a team work together when solving a problem, through which we stimulate cohesion among co-workers. At the same time the different teams are competing, through which we stimulate adequate competition and efficiency of all the participants.
We divide all the participants in teams of 3 – 6 people. Teams have to find ‘hidden treasures’ with the help of a written instructions, map and compass or GPS device. They are searching for hidden treasures on mountain bikes, with canoe and just walking. Manager programme also includes Competition games, which count into the final score. These games stimulate creative and inventive thinking. They can only be completed, if the participants of a team work together.
2. Bohinj Olypics
Bohinj Olympics are designed as interesting competitive outdoor games.
The participants are divided into groups/teams, which have to solve designed obstacles and problems. The problems and obstacles can not be solved by the individual participant alone, but with the cooperation of every team member.
This stimulates to a great extent working cohesion and cooperation among the team members. At the same time the teams are competing among each other, by which we stimulate positive competing environment among participants. Those are the reasons, which make the Bohinj Olympics the ideal team building program for companies and other teams (sport teams).
The teams are led by the professional Pac instructors that also keep the record of the achieved points. At the end of the programme Pac sports instructors announce the winner of the Bohinj Olympics.

3. Individual incentives - regarding your wishes:
Programmes are performed all over Slovenia and abroad. We can also provide a professional psychologist, which will analyse participants and teams during the programmes. At the end of the programme the psychologist will through a group discussion interpret his/her results and findings.
We can also provide professional actors for different animation programmes.
